The Circle (2017)
As the guy from that one State Farm commercial said, "You've gotta do better than that!" goes without saying. Moviegoers have witnessed recent utopian films like: Kingsman: The Secret Service or Terminator Genisys. But, seriously, and just when you thought the movies out thus far this year were all goody-too-shoes. It can only get worse from here. Hollywood really needs to cutback on the film adaptations of novels. Especially when films like this one are completely lost in translation. But, I guess it all depends on a few vital things: director, studio and of course the cast. But, let's get real here. There have been really shitty movie adaptations of incredible books- *cough cough* ( Divergent and Maze Runner). Not every book ever written must be made into a movie.
